Today we had to be at school at 9 AM so we where on time at the airport. Around 9:30 we left to go to Eindhoven. From here we left at 11:55 to Prague. We where at Prague at 13:10. Our partners waited here for us, then we went to there home. What was really jumped out was the really nice view. The roads are more dangerous then in Holland. The people here do have a normal lifestandard with high-tech stuff, but the house aren't in a good state. The times to do stuff like eat, go to bed and so are just like in the Netherlands.

Monday 28 May,

Today we've been to school for the first time. It's a high school which means that there are more computers in the classrooms and so on. The school doesn't look good from the outside, but inside it's very colorfull. They have a schoolkantine with pooltables and a TV with kinetic. They also have a sink in almost all the classrooms. During lunch we had a warm snack in a city kantine. There we had the choice of spaghetti with mushroom-sauce, red cabbage with meet and bread with sauce. The travelling to school is very differend. The ones who are in the city theirself need to walk a tiny distance and others have to sit in the bus at a quarter past six. We can't understand anything of the Czech language and they can't speak English very well, but combined with German and gestures language the most people understand eachother. We work on a project. We are going to make a film. We don't exactly know what the meanig of the project is going to be, but that will be allright. After school the most of us are going to the pub in Melnik, the town where the most students of our school stay. The Czech students are very hospitale, everybody gets a huge lunch although we also get a warm diner.

We went to Pilsen this day, to a museum. I did not really liked it, but it was okay, Teus and Rob did enjoy it.
The bus ride was fun. We were laughing almost all time. In morning I eat donuts with yoghurt, and with caffe.
At noon, we eat warm food, and in evening, around 9 o'clock, we eat again warm. The food here is nice, except for yesterday.
My student is really funny, and I am lucky with this guy.
I do not like the project here, because it is very technical. we are making a film and friday there is coming a professional filmmaker.
I am sure you will all hear the whole story if we are back in the Netherlands.

Teus, Rob and Dennis.

This morning we went on with our schoolproject in small groupes, the project still isn´t far.
This midday we had sports. But only the Dutch students and a few of the Czech boys plazed with.
All the Zcech girls didn´t sport with us, so it wasn´t very nice, but we still had fun.

Czech republic, Wednesday March 30 2011.
Today I had to wake up at 6 o’ clock again, way to early! Downstairs a big breakfast was waiting for me. The families in Czech republic take very good care of us, every day they pack an enornmous lunch for us to take to school.  So today we had to work on our project at school, create a story for our movie about technologies. I think the project is very boring, but we still had fun together. During our lunchbreak we took a walk to the canteen, were we had lunch. The food in this country is very different, but most of the time it’s good! In the afternoon we had to do sport acticitities, and I’m not a big fan of those kind of activities, but even I felt like a top athleet! Because most of the Czech students didn’t even join the activities! But it was fun, especially when we got treated on pizza! After school we went to a restaurant with all students, and we taught the Czech students how to play a card game! At 9 pm I got home and then we had dinner. After that I went to sleep.

Today we went with all the students and four teachers to Prague. Students came on different ways, like bus and car, to the train station at Steti. We went all together by train to Prague. We saw many buildings like the building of the president and a famous bridge. After the ‘sightseeing‘ we went to a big building with shops and restaurants in it. We  walked there till 4 o’clock and after it we went with same other Czech students to a pub. At 6 o’clock we went to the Burger King and ate something there.  At around 7 o’clock we went home, first by metro and after that by bus to Melnik. I don’t know to say more about the day so you have to deal with this!

Ciao Fabrice

Thursday

We went to Prague by train. We had to travel around an hour from station Steti. One of the Czech teachers was our guide for the day. We walked to the national Museum, after that we walked to the astronomical clock on Old Town Square. Then we went to the Charles Bridge we walked across it and went to the McDonalds. We had a pause for 30 minutes. Then we went on to the next sight, the place of the president of the Czech Republik and saw a few soldiers.

About 30 minutes later we had free time for 2 hours in a big shopping mall. Everyone was in the shopping mall. After those 2 hours most of the people went home again, by train, but some of the students stayed in Prague till 8 o’clock and went to a pub.

That was our day.
